However, upon regaining consciousness, he was greeted by the worried face of a girl named Misia. Misia informed Norn that he had nearly drowned in the river. Perplexed by the situation, Norn saw his reflection in the water, revealing a face with animal ears. It was as if he had reincarnated into a different world, now known as Norn. In this new world, the inhabitants possessed animal ears and tails, with a society where the number of females exceeded that of males, following a polygamous social structure.
