Meet Ayase Miki, a gyaru student whose attendance record is as shaky as her grades. Her homeroom teacher, Sakurai Makoto, has tried everything, gentle warnings, stern lectures, even the classic “think about your future” speech. But Miki just flicks her hair and yawns. So when it becomes clear she’s on track to repeat the year, Sakurai decides to go straight to the source: a home visit.

What he finds behind the door, however, is not the usual apologetic parent. Miki’s mother, Minami, greets him with a figure that could stop traffic and zero interest in discussing report cards. From the start, mother and daughter refuse to take anything seriously. But instead of ignoring him outright, they turn Sakurai’s visit into their own bizarre battlefield.

Who has the better personality? The more captivating presence? The homeroom visit devolves into a full-blown mother-daughter rivalry over who is more alluring, leaving poor Sakurai caught in the crossfire.
