Yamada, who is finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel after what he describes as a nightmarish hospital stay. Just as he breathes a sigh of relief, thinking his ordeal is over, he meets his final care team.
First, there’s Otsuka-chan, a nurse whose athletic build and sports-club energy are more reminiscent of a star weightlifter than a medical professional. Then, there is the brilliant yet unhinged Dr. Amamiya, a woman who is both a physician and a mad scientist, known for her noisy experiments and chaotic energy.
Under the doctor’s direct orders, the intensely loyal Nurse Otsuka attempts to perform a procedure on Yamada: collecting a sample. However, her inexperience leads to a comical. Losing her patience, the formidable Dr. Amamiya decides to take matters into her own hands, demonstrating a so-called “secret technique” to successfully complete the extraction.
The analysis of the sample sends Dr. Amamiya into a frenzy of scientific euphoria, she believes she has discovered a never-before-seen rare disease. This discovery triggers a new, even more nightmare. He is promptly moved to her private lab, where the doctor and her muscular nurse assistant to extract samples for their groundbreaking research.
